Assessing Fertility Issues
One out of eight couples in this country has difficulty conceiving children. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the fastest-growing population seeking treatment for fertility issues are those between 18 and 25. Couples can spend thousands of dollars searching for answers. Of course, the first step is to not panic. For instance, if you have been actively trying, and you’ve tried for six months without success, you’re not considered to have a fertility issue. The cutoff is actually 12 months. When you get to that point, you want to talk to your doctor about fertility, including timing of ovulation.
