Avoid Drinking Alcohol During Pregnancy
Let me say this very clearly.  You should not mix alcohol with pregnancy.  I know there are some people who believe a drink here and there isn't that bad, but I don't think it's worth the risk.  We know enough about fetal alcohol syndrome to know that it's really not a good idea to drink alcohol when pregnant.  That being said, if you maybe had some wine or a couple drinks before you knew you were pregnant, this is a situation where there's really not much you can do about it.  I wouldn't be overly concerned about it, but as the pregnancy goes on, you have to be careful, especially when you know to limit those issues.
